Shipping and Refund policy

Shipping is via courier and costs from $12.50 (NZ wide, rural delivery extra charge of $5.95). Unfortunately, we only send to addresses within New Zealand. Sorry we can’t ship to PO boxes. We do not ship to Chatham Island.

It takes only 2-4 work days from Chocolate Outlet to your door. If you are concerned about delivery of your order please email us at [email protected]. Orders may take longer over holiday periods.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its it’s original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a replacement product. Replacement orders are subject to stock availability an alternative product may be supplied. If you have been requested to return a product to us for evaluation, we will send you a courier bag as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind.
